Kishiwada Koutougakkou (岸和田高等学校, also known as Kishiwada Koukou) is a senior high school - serving the three final years of secondary school before university - located in Kishiwada-shi, Japan. Kishiwada-shi is located in Osaka prefecture in the Kinki region. It has a population of around 205,000 people. The weather is warm year-round.
The school is located close to the coast of Osaka Bay, and the beach is one of the main pastimes of the students, along with going to the mall and movie theater. There is also an underground rave and drug scene in the city that some students are part of.
The school itself consists of one building with six floors. The roof is a popular place to eat lunch or just to hang out. The classrooms at Kishiwada Koukou are roomy with large windows, and there are many of them. The grounds of the school are medium sized, with a small courtyard for sitting around with friends or doing homework in addition to the track, field, and swimming pool.
